⛾ I have communicated my design ideas and availability clearly with my artist and feel confident to book an appointment time.
⛾ I understand deposits are credited towards the final price of the tattoo. For tattoos requiring multiple sittings the deposit will be used at the final session.
⛾ I understand I will not be sent a preview of the tattoo design under any circumstance, but that I may book a separate appointment for a consultation to see the design in advance or if there are any minor changes, they can easily be made the day of.
⛾ I understand that all tattoo deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
⛾ I understand my deposit ensures the artist’s design, admin and studio time is accounted for in case of a cancellation, no-show or short-notice rescheduling.
⛾ I understand that to make changes to my appointment time I need to give at least 48 hrs before the appointment, the failure of this will be considered short notice which will result in forfeiting the deposit.
⛾ I understand if I am more than 30 minutes late without reasonable notice for my appointment, part of my deposit may also be deducted.
⛾ I understand I will need a note from a Doctor confirming illness to reschedule with short notice (less than 3 days).
⛾ I understand that if I feel like I am sick or getting sick, that I will get in touch with my artist immediately.
⛾ I understand that I need to notify my artist if I’ve had a skin treatment (laser hair removal, spray tan, etc) in the week prior my appointment.
